Shipping in Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands) to a GLS shop near you for 29,- DKK and to your homeadress for 45,- DKK. Regular service in all DK is approximately 1-3 business days.
Unfortuneately it is not possible to make special agreements, when ordering, concerning deliverings in outhouses, garages etc.

At COMFY COPENHAGEN we do our best to ship and deliver your package as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the delivery time during sale campaigns or holiday periods may be delayed.
We hold no responsibility for delivery delays, caused by the freight company.

You can choose to shop as a guest or by creating an account. When you choose to create an account the system will save your informations and give you an opportunety to keep track of all of your previously placed orders.
You choose the items you want to purchase by putting them in the cart. You are free to correct and check out the content of the cart until you have placed the order.
When you are ready to order, you click ”continue… and then you enter your name, adress, email and phonenumber.
After that you choose how you want your package delivered.
You will recieve an order confirmation in your mailbox, soon after you have placed your order. Also you will recieve a mail, when we are packing your order and when we ship it.
You will get a track and trace number by GLS.
Notice that GLS only delivers packages on business days.
As soon as we have recieved your return, you will get an email from us, which means that we have created a creditnote and at the same time refunded your money to the creditcard you used, buying the item(s). It is not necessary to give us any bank account information, because we refund your money back to the same creditcard, you used, buying the item(s) in the first place.
Normally you will recieve your refund during a few days, but sometimes you may expect a longer processing time.
COMFY COPENHAGEN accept returns no later than 14 days after reciept of the goods. Please indicate the reason for your return. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. The original hangtag must also be intact. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses. We only accept returns when sent with the original receipt. If you choose to return parts of your order, COMFY COPENHAGEN does not credit the deliverycosts.
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced.
COMFY COPENHAGEN covers normal shipping fees in case of reasonable complaints, but please notice that you have to take contact to the webshop about the notification of defect before sending it back to us. If you recieve a wrong item, please let us know immidiately and call us at +4522210860 or mail us at shop@comfycopenhagen and we will make sure you get the item, that you ordered.
If you want to exchange a bought item, please return the original item and then make a new order on the webshop on the item you wish to buy instead. We will as soon as your return is recieved, refund your expenses. You have to pay for the return yourself.
