Right of Cancellation

Comfycopenhagen.com offers a 14-day return policy for the consumer, valid from the day you receive your purchased items. If you have ordered several items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the validation date is the final day of delivery. You as a consumer are responsible for all costs connected to the return of items. Please remember to include your order confirmation. You only have a 14-day limit to let us know if you want to cancel your purchase. You can always sent a mail to shop@comfycopenhagen.com or use the standard return formula shown here in the Terms and Conditions.

You are not cancel your purchase by refusing to accept your purchase, without letting us know. If you refuse to accept the items, 50DKK will be deducted from your account from the mentioned item not accepted.

Changing your mind about some of your purchase

When buying more items in our shop, you are able to send one or more items back, although it was purchased as one order. Please be aware – there is no return on freight charges, when changing your mind about a purchase. 

Return Policy

When letting us know that you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to send items back to the shop. You are responsible for all freight charges, and you are responsible for the care of the package during transport. If you change your mind by not accepting the package, you are thereby responsible for all costs concerning the return of the package.

The condition of the package when returning

You are only responsible for possible deterioration of the value of the package, due to other handling of the package than necessary. To determine the nature of the package, quality and function. In many words, you are allowed to try on the items in the same way as if it was in an actual store, but you may not actually use it. If the item is used beyond described above, we consider the item as used and does not entitle you to a full return, depending on the value of the item.

  • Items must be returned with all tags etc. to ensure a full return.
  • Remember to include the order confirmation, received by mail, in the return package.

Return, exchange and complaints MUST be send to our address: Valhoejs Alle 190, C2 - DK2610 Roedovre, Denmark and NOT to a GLS Package shop or the like. 

Return Policy & Refund 

If you change your mind, you will get a refund. If the value of the purchased item is reduced, we charge the amount in question. We refund all payments made by you, including freight charges (though not extra delivery charges when choosing another form of Delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) – no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message of exchange or change of mind. We will make the refund by the same payment you used when purchasing the items, unless something else has been arranged between us. We are able to withhold the payment until we receive the returned items, unless sending documentation for the return of the purchased items. You automatically receive a confirmation by email when we receive the returned items.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another color or size, you must return the item and then make a new order in our webshop. When receiving your returned item, the money will be transferred to your account. Please remember to enclose the return receipt or order confirmation.

Right of Complaint 

The Danish Sale of Goods Act laws apply to all purchase. We supply a 2-year right of complaint / warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act for purchase made by Comfycopenhagen.com. If your complaint is justified, you are able to exchange items and if the items are not at stock, a full return. The right of complaint does not cover wrong handling or rough abuse. If a error is noticed, you must immediately and within “reasonably time” contact Comfy Copenhagen. If your complaint is within 2 months after noticing the error, complaints are always In time. Before returning an item, please contact us by phone: +45 22 21 08 60 or send us an email: shop@comfycopenhagen.com. Describe the error, your order number plus include a few pictures of the error.

We will respond as fast as possible!

Returning an item (fair freight charges) with a legitimate right of complaint, is payed by Comfycopenhagen.com. The item must always be returned in safe packaging, and always remember to receive a receipt for the shipment, so we can make a refund for you. Fair freight charges are up to 45 DKK/ 6 Euros.

A complaint concerning an item purchased by comfycopenhagen.com can be submitted to the Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klagelosning, Naevnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.

You may send your complaint to Center for Klagelosning via www.forbrug.dk. The EU-Commission´s online complaint portal may also be used when filing a complaint. It is especially relevant when being a Consumer resident in another EU country. Complaints may be filed here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
